I'm level 71 and am on the alliance. I'm at level 280 engineering, and I want to be a gnomish engineer. All the quest helper sites online say go to IF and speak the the engineering trainer and get the quest, but the only quest he has is the goblin engineering quest, same with the engineer trainer in SW in dwarves district. Where do i go to get the quest?|||I believe the trainer that starts the quest is in Ratchet.

There's a Gnomish Engineering trainer in Booty Bay and that's where my engineer goes to renew his certificate and get schematics. Try him.
