What Professions?

I have a 70 mage and wanted to know the best money making professions would be to pick up on him. Not herb & alch.|||The best money making professions are always the gathering ones: herbalism, mining, and skinning. So if you only want to have professions for that purpose, then pick two of those three and get your hiney in gear.
