Other than Gnome racial what else gives a bonus to +engineering? enchants/items/anything ect?
I tried searching and couldn't find anything. People have mentioned of methods that can push increase proffessions over their cap.
I need get my 59 Tauren engineer skill boosted by +15 withOUT leveling past to 60..so it becomes 390/375.

Advice is appreciated.|||Racials are the only method of increasing a crafting profession. There are enchants and items and such that can increase gathering professions, but there's no way of getting more than 375/375 in engineering at level 59 unless you're a Gnome. I'm sorry, but it looks like you can forget about getting that Sonic Booster for your Twink Tauren.
That's the reason why a lot of twinks are Gnomes.. and why they all have engineering..|||Yep those sonic boosters. 162 stamina at lvl 59= god. However if it requires dealing on alliance's side LOL I think I'll pass.
Any uber trinkets/pieces of armor from 50-59's tier that would be an upgrade for my toon:
