I'm a L44 gnome with 250 engineering, and none of the questgivers who are supposed to offer this quest offer it to me. I have tried Tinkerwiz in Ratchet and Springspindle Fizzlegear in Ironforge. Any idea why I can't get this?|||Tanaris i believe, there is a goblin there giving out engineering quests. Gonna post a link if i can find mats, because i remember it being a pain to go through the quests without having the right mats right there.

If I remember correctly, you need level 45.|||I believe it is level 30, never been keen enough before that level though so i might be wrong.
