No Cooldowns next patch ?

[:1]I think Blizz is going to ruin the ability for many to make gold with their proffessions by removing cooldowns on cloth and titansteel . The result is going to be that the materials will be worth more then the cloth itself or titansteel. I can go into a long speil about it but the end result will be more customers for the gold sellers me included because there is no way I'm going to replace 3k per week with dailies , which I hav not done for months or intend on doing other then the daily random for frost emblems.|||Quote:

Patch or Expac? Either or, it's like all new content. The old top of line mats/CDs are nulled while the "new" mats will have a CD.|||Quote:

I'm confused. We're at 3.3 right now and it has CD's... I don't see anything post 3.3 anywhere.|||This kind of thing happens towards the end of expansions - many facets of the game will be made easier and less time consuming.

It's to be expected.|||Quote:

I think it's idea is based on equipment upgrades are so fast now, it's not going to really matter. And you'll see a decrease in prices like the Orbs for rep. Makes sense to me IMO.

Love the new Battleground LFG tool :P A lot of cool stuff for sure.|||Quote:

I haven't exactly figured out the cloth one yet but the demand for titansteel will stop. No CD means there will be tons of it. Now that will either cause the price of Titanium to go up because more is being bought since they can make more Titansteel per day. Or it will cause the price of Titanium to hit "rock bottom". If Titanium goes up for a while to feed the Titansteel machine then you will still make plenty on your ore. If and when the prices do fall then you bounce to JC for prospecting the cheap as dirt ore into real money.

The tailoring one is a little trickier but if the prices get low enough or you can make some epics out of your normal mats then start disenchanting them. Turn this into scroll enchants and sell them instead. This way is not a guarantee and may not work at all. Tailoring did kind of rely on CD's for much of the gold. I will check into other ways of balancing this change.

For now the Titansteel CD shouldn't hurt anything if you have the professions to play the right markets.
